Because of our central location, it is just a short trip from home to setup base camp and then take side trips to all of the attractions the great State of Michigan has at your disposal. We are less than two hours from Mackinaw Island, an hour from The Traverse City Cherry Festival and and 40 minutes from Rooftop Landing Reindeer Farm. Minutes from Hartwick Pines and the Wellington Farm Park. There are also casinos within a short drive of an hour or less. All of these and many other side trips are just minutes away which puts you back at your campsite in plenty of time to enjoy s’mores over a crackling fire.
