Camp Policies & Regulations
REFUNDS of reservations of campsites will be made only if canceled one week or more prior to check-in, less a $10 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than one week from arrival date will forfeit deposit. There will be no refunds of unused days or for the discomforts of Mother Nature.
REFUNDS of reservations of Cabins will be made only if canceled 30 days or more prior to check-in, less a $10 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 30 days from arrival date will forfeit deposit. There will be no refunds of unused days or for the discomforts of Mother Nature.
GUESTS & VISITORS must have a vehicle pass to enter the park. Passes may be obtained at the Park Office. Visitor fees are $2 per person. All visitors must vacate the park by 10pm.
GARBAGE must be in sealed bags and placed in the dumpster. Do not leave any garbage out overnight that would encourage raccoons or other varmints. You are responsible for discarding your own garbage.
PETS are welcome but must be cared for properly. All doggie doo-doo must be picked up behind your pet and disposed of properly. There are doggie doo bags available on the south side of the bathhouse. All pets must be kept on a leash at all times. Please do not leave your pet unattended. Any pet displaying aggressive behavior will be asked to leave the park.
ALCOHOL is permitted but drunkenness is NOT!!! Anyone acting in a drunken or obnoxious manner will be asked to leave the park immediately. Anyone under the age of 21 caught consuming alcohol will be turned over to the local authorities. All severe violations will also be dealt with by law enforcement. Alcohol may be consumed at the campsite only and not in the playground area or in any of the campground public buildings.
CUTTING, TRIMMING, OR DAMAGING STANDING TIMBER, PLANTS, OR OTHER LIVING VEGETATION is prohibited. There will be a $100 fine for willful violations. If a tree branch bothers you, please contact a camp employee to remove it for you.
RESPECT other campers, their sites, property, and vehicles. Please use the roads and approved pathways from your campsite to the bathhouse, store, or pool. Do not cut through other campers sites. Do not remove any property from any site including firewood.
FIREPITS are for your use and enjoyment. Please do not move them without the permission of the staff. Please place garbage in dumpster and not in firepits.
SWIMMING POOL Swimming may be done at your own risk. There is no life guard on duty. Parents are responsible for their kids under the age of 14, and must be in attendance when they are swimming. No running, diving, cutoffs, food or drink in the pool area in accordance with State regulations.
SNOWMOBILES, MOTORCYCLES, SCOOTERS, MOPEDS, THREE OR FOUR WHEELERS, OR ANY MOTORIZED VEHICLES are not allowed to be ridden in the park. They may only be ridden into and out of the park.
GOLF CARTS may be used in the park by handicapped people only. Must have handicap endorsement on license plate. Must provide proof of liability insurances. Only the handicapped person may operate the golf cart.
WE ARE NOT A PARTY PARK!
ABSOLUTELY NO FIREWORKS or FIRECRACKERS.
Please help us protect our trees. Do not bring ANY firewood into the park.
